The order has not been shipped

For orders that have not been shipped, we offer unconditional refunds. (Orders that do not include PayPal). Refunds will be approved within 1-2 business days after the request. The timing of the refund depends on the bank or credit card issuing institution.

The order has been shipped

All our products are hand-assembled, meet the specifications, and are considered pre-orders. We implement the "no refund for pre-ordered goods" policy. Therefore, before placing an order, we sincerely ask you to carefully confirm the product information and your purchase intention
If you really need to return or exchange goods due to special circumstances, we will provide assistance to you in the principle of humanized service. All expenses generated in the relevant return and exchange process (including but not limited to logistics, packaging, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

Due to the high price of our products, Please check the appearance and packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or deformed, please do not sign for it or open the package. After receiving the goods, check whether the products have any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong products. Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

× A product sent to MCPRUE for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Refund

Return Shipping

If the issue is not related to product quality, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (including cross-border and international shipping) to return the product to the designated service center.

If you want to exchange the product, please contact our service team within 5 days starting from 00:00 the day after you receive the product, The shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
